ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping to [locations outside local region]. Optional: We do not ship outside of Mexico at this time. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $1500 MXN). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at xanto.boots@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
